Hi There!! My name is Neish. I am an Online Wellness Coach with a B.A in Psychology and Certification in Personal Training. My passion for fitness runs deeper than just physical strength—it’s about helping you discover your true potential, both inside and out. My journey began during a challenging time in my life, where fitness became my anchor, leading me to transform not only my body but my mindset and spirit. I know what it's like to feel lost, stuck in routines that don’t serve you, and struggling to find your confidence and sense of identity. But I also know the power of committing to your growth, and how fitness can be the gateway to a life of balance, strength, and purpose.

I believe that fitness is more than just about how you look—it's about feeling strong, confident, and aligned with your true self. For years, I was working out but felt disconnected from who I really was, lacking confidence and clarity. It wasn’t until I committed to pushing my limits and embracing fitness as a holistic practice that I found my strength.
